Naheola Cogeneration
While at UBS, Chuck led a team as financial advisor and lead arranger for a $300 million CRU and cogeneration facility inside the Naheola paper mill. This was the first financing of an inside-the-fence cogeneration facility that did not rely upon power sales to a utility.

As a Founder/Partner at Acquest Advisors, Chuck led a team that advised Penn Virginia on the first “sale of rights” by a producer to a midstream company for the construction of a crude oil gathering, storage and transportation system. This model has been replicated many times by other producers.
